Privacy Policy
How Laguna Prime handles your enquiry information.
Effective 27 July 2026. Last updated 27 July 2026. This policy explains how Laguna Prime handles personal information submitted through lagunaprime.com.au, sent directly to us or collected through website analytics.
Plain English summary
We collect the details needed to respond properly, not to sell your data.
Laguna Prime uses enquiry information to understand your property interest, budget, timeframe, buyer type and whether your enquiry relates to personal investment, lifestyle property or SMSF-led research.
Who this website is for
Laguna Prime's property information and enquiry services are intended for adults. The website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact contact@lagunaprime.com.au so the matter can be investigated and the information deleted where required.
Information collected through general enquiry forms
The shared general enquiry form appears on public pages including the home, portfolio, property, article, contact, about and legal-information pages. It collects your name, email address, optional phone number, buyer type, indicative budget, market of interest, timeframe, message, the source page and any referral-consent choice you make.
Information collected through the SMSF enquiry form
The SMSF enquiry form at /smsf/ collects your name, email address, optional phone number, approximate SMSF balance or investable range, stage in the SMSF research process, message, source page and any referral-consent choice you make. These are indicative enquiry details only. Do not submit passport, bank-account, tax-file, identity, source-of-funds or other sensitive diligence documents through a public website form.
Forms, notifications and internal destinations
Public forms are processed and stored by Netlify Forms. Submission notifications are sent to contact@lagunaprime.com.au for Laguna Prime to review and respond. No customer relationship management platform is currently connected to these public forms. Email replies and records are handled through Laguna Prime's email and workspace providers.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide requested property information, understand whether a property or pathway may fit, arrange follow-up conversations, maintain enquiry and correspondence records, prevent abuse and improve the website and enquiry process.
Google Analytics
Laguna Prime uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the website. The site uses measurement ID G-W5TSBRFP2Z. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, visit timing, referral source, general interaction events, browser and device information, and approximate geographic information derived from an internet protocol address. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies to distinguish visits and compile usage statistics.
Laguna Prime uses this information to measure website performance, identify useful content, understand enquiry pathways and improve the website. Laguna Prime does not ask Google Analytics to collect the contents of enquiry forms, and form-field values must not be sent to Google Analytics. Analytics information is retained according to the Laguna Prime Google Analytics property's retention settings and Google's service limits, then deleted or aggregated when it is no longer reasonably required.
Google may process analytics information in Australia, the United States or other locations where it or its service providers operate. Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics may reduce measurement accuracy but does not prevent you from viewing the public website.
Property and SMSF enquiries
Property-interest details help Laguna Prime identify relevant listings, availability questions and due-diligence topics. SMSF enquiry details help identify whether a property-side conversation is useful and which independent professional questions should be resolved. Laguna Prime does not use an SMSF enquiry to provide personal financial, tax, legal or SMSF advice.
Referrals and independent professionals
Laguna Prime may introduce independent Indonesian lawyers or notaries, property managers, Australian tax or SMSF specialists, accountants or other advisers where that step is relevant and you have requested or expressly agreed to the introduction. Only information reasonably relevant to the agreed referral is shared. These parties are independent service providers, not Laguna Prime employees, and they are responsible for their own advice, services and privacy practices.
If sensitive identity, banking, tax, source-of-funds or diligence documents are required later, they must be provided through a secure channel approved for that transaction or professional engagement, not through a public Laguna Prime website form.
International processing
Laguna Prime works across Australia and Indonesia and uses online service providers that may process or store information in Australia, Indonesia, the United States or other service-provider locations. A professional referral may involve relevant information moving between Australia and Indonesia. Laguna Prime limits referrals to the agreed purpose and the information reasonably needed for it.
Retention
Enquiry and correspondence records are kept while a conversation, referral or transaction is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to provide continuity, resolve questions, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate business records. Transaction, referral or professional-engagement records may be retained longer where required by law, accounting obligations, dispute management or the relevant independent provider's obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required is deleted, de-identified or securely archived where appropriate.
Security
Laguna Prime takes reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect enquiry records from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No public website or internet transmission is completely secure. Public forms are deliberately limited to early-stage enquiry information and are not an approved channel for high-risk identity or financial documents.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Laguna Prime by emailing contact@lagunaprime.com.au. Laguna Prime may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law or reasonably needed for accounting, security, fraud prevention or dispute purposes.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, forms, providers or operating model changes. The current version and updated date will remain on this page. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@lagunaprime.com.au.
